Beverly LaRue Lehman, 77, passed away Monday, November 23, 2009. Visitation will be held from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 28, at Pleasant Valley Baptist Church, 1600 N. 291 Hwy., Liberty, Mo. Funeral Services will follow at 11 a.m. at the church. Beverly graduated from Liberty High School in 1950. She was very active in the church Women's Missionary Group and the Pleasant Valley Seniors Group. Also, she was a 4–H leader for 17 years. Beverly loved working in her garden with her flowers and sharing her garden with her neighbors. She is survived by her husband, Robert Lehman of Pleasant Valley, Mo.; son, Dennis Lehman of Pleasant Valley; daughters, Ruth Ann Lamley of Pleasant Valley, Joyce McCardie (Stephen "Mike") of Farley, Mo., and Diana Lehman of Kansas City, Mo.; grandson, Ben Lehman of North Kansas City, Mo.; brother, Robert Gabbert; sister, Elizabeth Doolan (Jim); brothers, Ronald Gabbert (Wanda) and Donald Gabbert (Sandi).
