"Janet Elaine Estes Hank, 67, died Monday, July 12, 2004, at her home in Grandview Beach development near Warsaw.

 

Memorial services will be at a later date.  Memorials in honor of her life can be made to Twin Lakes Hospice in care of Reser Funeral Home, P.O. Box 811, Warsaw, MO 65355.

 

She was born Aug. 13, l936, in Kansas City, Kan., the daughter of Forrest and Nelle Estes, who preceded her in death.

 

She was raised in Liberty and graduated from Liberty High School in l954.  On March 13, l955, she married David Engel Hank.  They made their home in Liberty until moving to Grandview Beach to raise their two children.

 

She enjoyed camping and attending American Indian cultural events.  She was a member and past assistant state director of the Good Sam Club and RV owners organization.

 

She is survived by her husband David, of the home, one son Douglas D. Hank of Kansas City; one daughter, Phyllis Janine Hank, of Gladstone; one grandson, Gunther Egan Hank Ruckman; one sister, Judy Kellogg of Gilbert Ariz; other relatives; and many friends."
