Melvin Roy Hudlemeyer, 73, of Kearney, MO, passed away surrounded by his loving family on Dec. 16, 2010. He's preceded in death by his father Irvin Roy and brother Jim Hudlemeyer. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Martha Hudlemeyer; children, Teddy (Tammy) Hudlemeyer, Terrill (Dora) Hudlemeyer and Teresa (Dave) Bresnahan; grandchildren, Brandi, Tina, Ashley, Todd, Troy, Chelse, Kaitlyn, Danielle, Thea and Delany; four great-grandchildren with one on the way; his mother Juanita; brother Larry Hudlemeyer; and sister Anna Smith. He also leaves behind a very dear brother-in-law and sister-in- law Fred and Betty Guerber; sister-in- law Margaret Odorizzi; and several nieces and nephews. He will be greatly missed. A private memorial will be held at Park Lawn Northland Chapel. The family requests no flowers. Published in Kansas City Star on December 19, 2010.
