Patricia Coe Garreffa, Lampe, MO, daughter of Delbert and Opal (Tyler) Coe was born on November 10, 1935 in Liberty, MO and departed this life on March 09, 2013 in Cox South Hospital, Springfield, MO, at the age of 77.  Patricia had lived in the area for the past 22 years coming from Liberty, MO. She had worked for Silver Dollar City, Branson, MO.  Survivors include: her daughter, Angela Rae Garreffa of Lampe, MO; two sisters, Violet Shearer of Liberty, MO and Lois Bush of Liberty, MO; one grandchild, Marissa Ruth Garreffa and a host of other relatives and friends. Interment is in the Missouri Veterans Cemetery, Springfield, MO
