Richard Lee Aubrey, Sr., 72, of St. Joseph, Mo., passed away Saturday, November 24, 2007, at Heartland Regional Medical Center Dick was born June 1, 1935, to Wallace and Frances (Taylor) Aubrey. He was the owner of Aubrey's Trash Pick-Up and Aqualand Marine, both located in Claycomo, Mo. Dick was preceded in death by his daughter, Lisa Gail Aubrey; parents, Wallace and Frances Aubrey; and brothers, Russell and Leslie Aubrey. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Barbara, of the home; a son, Richard Jr. (Ann) of St. Joseph; daughters, Deborah (Kurt) Whiteman of Nixa, Mo., Carol Aubrey of Elk Grove, Calif., Karen (Mark) Michael of Parkville, Mo., Theresa (Julien) Freeman of Kansas City, Mo., Joan (Mai) Ho of Lee's Summit, Mo., Susan (Randall) James of St. Joseph, and Jennifer (Robert) Logbeck of Shawnee, Kan. Other survivors include sisters, Betty Ann Litton, Frances Eisenhauer and Lillian (Vernon) Craig; sisters-in- law, Dixie Aubrey-Norton and Sherrill Aubrey; 18 grandchildren three great- grandchildren, and many other relatives and friends. Visitation noon to 1 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, St. Francis Xavier Catholic Church. Funeral Mass 1 p.m. Thursday, followed by burial at Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
